Thank you to everyone who came out to the 14th annual Day of the Ancestors Festival of Masks on June 30!  We had an incredible day celebrating our ancestors with art, music  and dance that uplifted the Adinkra concept “Bese Saka” or "Our Wealth is Our Togetherness.”  This year we honored 6 people who directly influenced the communal energy that draws us to Leimert Park and furthered the continued power of the African presence in Los Angeles based on this theme.
