Artist Opportunities

We seek artists that are passionate about engaging youth and community in dialogue to lead to the creation of public art that beautifies, activates and animates local spaces and contributes to community goals. If you are a youth artist (ages 15-25) or a professional artist and are interested in participating in the collection of stories about community identified themes or leading the process to design and create temporary works of public art in highly visible community locations, please check here for available artist opportunities.

LA Commons engages local artists to lead teams that include associate and youth artists to collect stories on community identified themes.

Volunteer

Make a difference in our community by sharing your time and skills! We’re always seeking enthusiastic volunteers to work with our team. There’s many ways you can help out including at in-person events in various sites across Los Angeles with many in South LA. It’s a great way to meet like-minded people and contribute to projects that uplift our neighborhoods.
